General guarantee:

Antonio Verde Eco Sunglasses guarantees that the articles presented on the webshop are environmental-friendly and recycled products, made in the most Fair Trade conditions as possible.

Prices:  

The prices are always VAT-included. The prices of the items do not include shipping fees.

The prices mentioned on www.eco-sunglasses.com are the only valid prices.

Antonio Verde Eco Sunglasses holds the right to change its prices at all times.

Delivery charges:

The terms that we use are the terms of Taxipost for Belgium & DPD for the other countries.

For the preparation and delivery of your order, Antonio Verde Eco Sunglasses charges a fixed cost.

For Belgium: €7 / The Netherlands €10 / Germany €13

Payment:

You can pay with VISA, IDEAL, Mastercard and Bank contact.

Other payment methods are not possible at the moment.

When the amounts due are transferred on our bank account, the delivery will be sent.

You will always get a confirmation via mail.

We try to deliver within 2-4 working days.

Complaints:

If the delivered product does not correspond to your expectations, is not the correct size or eventually damaged or if you think that Antonio Verde Eco Sunglasses has not been correct towards you. Then you can always send a message to our customer service within 14 days at info@eco-sunglasses.com

Within 7 working days, we will let you know which steps we can take to solve the issue.

Your personal details will be saved in our customer database and will only be used to inform you, as a customer, about certain promotions and reductions.

If you are not interested in these type of mails then you are able to unsubscribe very easily.
